Material & adhesive

Flexible PVC with acrylic adhesive. Standard color: transparent. Black can be customized; other colors are evaluated by project.

Styles

Hemisphere, flat, hollow and grid styles, plus the existing dark round models shown in the gallery.

Custom sheet layouts

Custom die-cut layouts are available based on packaging and application requirements. Pad quantity and arrangement per sheet can be customized, including layouts such as 3 × 2.

Customization & packaging

Custom sizes and shapes are available. New molds can be developed for non-standard specifications. Packaging options include blister packs, plastic boxes and paper cards.

MOQ

MOQ typically starts from approximately 2,000–5,000 sheets depending on pad size, die-cut layout, packaging and customization requirements. The number of individual pads depends on the layout.

Lead time is confirmed according to order quantity, specifications and customization requirements. Tooling cost, MOQ and sampling for new molds are evaluated separately.
