Material & felt

Both the 20 mm and 30 mm standard leg caps use flexible PVC, with slotted sides and felt bottoms. Felt thickness is approximately 0.3–0.5 mm.

Customization

Size, color, felt configuration and product structure can be customized. New molds can be developed for non-standard PVC sizes.

Custom TPE manufacturing

TPE leg caps can be manufactured to confirmed project requirements. Send the leg dimensions or product drawing, material requirements and target quantity so we can review tooling, sampling and packaging. TPE sizes and order terms are confirmed separately from the standard PVC range.

PVC Packaging & MOQ

Blister cards, paper boxes and plastic boxes are available. Packaging and packing quantities can be discussed for your sales channel. Typical MOQ: 2,000 pcs for standard items. MOQ, tooling cost and lead time for custom molds are evaluated separately.

Opening sizes are product specifications, not universal fit ranges. Measure the leg where the cap will sit, including any taper, and confirm fit with a sample. The table lists standard PVC models. TPE dimensions, structure, tooling requirements and MOQ are confirmed for each project.

Lead time is confirmed according to order quantity, specifications and customization requirements. Tooling cost, MOQ and sampling for new molds are evaluated separately.

How do I choose a chair or table leg cap size?

Record the leg shape and dimensions where the cap will sit, including any taper. The collection shows 20 mm and 30 mm opening sizes; those labels alone do not establish a universal fit range. Confirm the model with a fitting sample.

Are black leg caps available in both standard sizes?

Black leg caps are available in both 20 mm and 30 mm. They are made to order and are not held in stock. Customization is also available. Specify the opening size and felt configuration when ordering.

What should I send when requesting a fitting sample?

Send the leg dimensions, shape, color preference and intended quantity. Include a photo showing the leg end and taper, and specify the felt-bottom configuration. The furniture leg measurement guide explains how to prepare these details.

Can you manufacture TPE chair and table leg caps?

Yes. We can manufacture TPE leg caps for custom projects. Send your drawings or leg dimensions, material requirements and target quantity. Tooling, samples, dimensions, packaging and MOQ are reviewed separately; the listed 20 mm and 30 mm standard specifications refer to PVC models.

Can the cap and packaging be customized?
