Models, Materials & Ordering

Construction

PTFE sliding surface with TPU and foam backing. Thickness varies by model.

Round & square

Round: Ø20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 63, 70 and 100 mm. Square: 20 × 20 and 25 × 25 mm.

Strip & oval

Strip / rectangular: 16 × 75, 25 × 35 and 25 × 100 mm. Oval: 25 × 12, 25 × 15 and 31 × 17 mm.

Screw-hole & nail-on

Screw-hole: Ø22, 30 and 38 mm; the 22 mm model has an approximately 5.3 mm hole. Nail-on: Ø20 and 22 mm.

Customization & packaging

Custom sizes, shapes, backing structures, installation configurations and packaging are available. Packing quantities are flexible. New molds can be developed for non-standard specifications.

MOQ

MOQ typically starts from approximately 1,000–2,000 pcs depending on model, size and customization requirements.

Lead time is confirmed according to order quantity, specifications and customization requirements. Tooling cost, MOQ and sampling for new molds are evaluated separately.
