Material options

PE main body with butyl adhesive, or PVC main body with acrylic adhesive.

Standard sizes

Standard thickness: 1 mm for both materials. Widths: 22, 28, 35, 38 and 50 mm. Lengths: 1.5, 2.8, 3.2, 3.5 and 5 m.

Colors

White, transparent, gray, brown and black. Size and color combinations depend on suitable order quantity.

Customization & packaging

Custom width, length, thickness, color and packaging are available. Non-standard structures and sizes can be evaluated for new tooling.

MOQ & samples

MOQ typically starts from approximately 2,000–5,000 meters, depending on size, color, packaging and customization requirements. Samples typically take approximately 7–15 days, depending on customization; new tooling is quoted separately.

Lead time is confirmed according to order quantity, specifications and customization requirements. Tooling cost, MOQ and sampling for new molds are evaluated separately.
